Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account or use Alblooshi Fit. They are written to be readable — please actually read them, especially the sections about medical advice and exercise risk.
Acceptable use
Use Alblooshi Fit for personal fitness planning and tracking. You agree not to abuse the service — no attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting the service, scraping content at scale, or uploading unlawful, misleading, or harmful content (including exercise videos you don't have the right to share).
Not medical advice
Alblooshi Fit is a fitness and wellness app, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Nothing in the app — exercises, rehab-style movements, recovery scores, calorie estimates, or any other content — diagnoses, treats, or cures any condition, and none of it is a substitute for advice from a licensed clinician. Read the Safety notes before starting a new program.
Assumption of risk
Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for judging whether an exercise, load, or intensity is appropriate for you, for using correct form and safe equipment, and for stopping when something feels wrong. If you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or are unsure about your health, consult a licensed clinician before training. By using Alblooshi Fit you accept these risks.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. One person per account; you must be old enough to consent to data processing where you live.
Limitation of liability
Alblooshi Fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries sustained while exercising, for decisions made based on estimates shown in the app, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will give notice in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Alblooshi Fit after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms; if you don't, you can export your data and delete your account from Settings.
Note: Alblooshi Fit is currently a development build. These terms are a starting point and should be reviewed by counsel before production use.
