Alblooshi Fit helps you plan workouts, track training, and understand recovery. Doing that well means storing personal data — this page explains exactly what we store, why, and the controls you have over it.
Data we store
- Account data — your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Profile data you choose to add — such as date of birth, height, weight, resting heart rate, and activity level. Every profile field is optional.
- Workout data — workout templates you build, logged sessions, sets, reps, weights, runs, and personal records.
- Health metrics — steps, heart rate, sleep, HRV, and similar wellness metrics, either entered manually or imported from a device you connect. Recovery and stamina scores derived from them are estimates, not medical measurements.
Health data, consent & device integrations
Health-related data gets extra care:
- Connecting a device provider (Garmin, Apple Health, Huawei Health) requires your explicit consent on a dedicated consent screen. Nothing is imported before you agree, and we record when consent was given.
- Provider access tokens are kept server-side only — they are never sent to your browser or embedded in the app.
- Consent is revocable at any time: disconnect a provider in Settings and Alblooshi Fit stops importing from it. You can also delete previously imported data.
No selling, no surprise sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your workout or health data with advertisers or third parties without your permission. The only sharing that happens is what you initiate — for example, connecting a device provider or explicitly opting in to anonymous aggregate statistics in Settings (off by default).
Export & deletion rights
Your data belongs to you. From Settings you can export your workout and health data, and you can delete your account — deletion removes your account, profile, workouts, metrics, and device connections. If something in the export or deletion flow is unclear, contact us and we will handle it manually.
Cookies & sessions
Alblooshi Fit uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the app to function and is not used to track you across other websites. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
